Dinosaur Train!

Once upon a time I found a deal for the Dinosaur Train at Heber Valley Railroad for 6 dollars a person!  I have been wanting to take my kids on a REAL train ride for a long time!  So I decided that this was it!

The kids were SO excited!

Cambridge too!

My Mom, Sister-in-law Heather and her Mom Geri and all the kids came with me!  While we waited for our train the kids dug for dinosaurs

played Dino Tic Tac Toe

and for the 1st time ever... my kids got tattoos.

the enjoyed Dino twister

such a cute idea!

All the kiddos with the dino!

Finally we boarded the train for our 45 minute joy ride!

It was hot, but so fun!

The kids all really enjoyed it!

I must say, we all had a blast dancing the YMCA with the Dinosaur aboard!

Did I mention it was BEAUTIFUL?!

Thanks everyone!  That was really fun!  I can't wait to go again!    My Grandpa worked for Union Pacific and so trains have always had a special place in my family!  My next goal: to get Jeremy on a REAL train!

Baseball Supporters!

Boston was super lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa come and support him at his baseball game!  He was so excited to have them there!!

Sunday

First of all a HUGE shout out to my sister-in-law Megan for making this weekend possible!  She watched the kids while we went to my reunion, and while we went to the "Hastening the Work" Broadcast at the Marriott Center!  We owe her big time!

I thoroughly enjoyed being in the Marriott Center for that special broadcast.  There is just such a special feeling when you are in the presence of the Lord's apostles!  What an exciting time to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

In case you missed the broadcast, here is the link.  It's so good.  If nothing else, click on the link and below the main video, is sub videos... watch the I'll go where you want me to go, and the Missionary Song Medley.  Those are my favorite!

Saturday- WX Class Reunion

Saturday night was my 10 year class reunion!!  Jeremy and I met my friends Kaylin and Emily for dinner!  It was so fun to catch up!  Then we headed to the reunion!

Sadly this was the only picture that was taken!  Kristen, me, and Melanie!!  Seriously, it was sooooo good to see my old pals!  I had such a great time!!  It's amazing how much doesn't change in 10 years...

Friday

Along with Strawberry Days comes Huck Finn Days!

The kids had a blast doing all the free activities

until I think the week of late nights and too much fun caught up to all of us.

We had to cut that event short... and head home.  All of us needed a little R and R.

Thursday

Thursday we went Bowling with my Mom and Logan and Mason!  We had tons of fun and everyone bowled really well!

That night was the 40th Annual Chipman Block Party!  We had so much fun with our friends, eating and dancing the night away!!

Oh this girl can dance!

I had to include both pictures because I couldn't decided which one!

Cambridge enjoyed all the attention!

Glowsticks are a must!  We partied hard until 10:30!  YIKES!  Maybe we had a little to much fun...

Wednesday

I just read a comment on my blog where my ever so kind sister-in-law said "Camille you are amazing. You make every outing look effortless."  Thanks Tammy.  I will treasure that comment forever.  But I want her, and anyone else that might think that to realize me and my kids have our struggles too!  Although most of our outings are fun and successful, their have been a few that well... just keep reading.
Wednesday afternoon was the Strawberry Days Children's Parade!  Where every kid in the city rides a bike or scooter of sorts down the road, get a Popsicle and goes home.  Well the mass amounts of people get going and my Hadley freaks out.  "It's to steep!"  There is an ever so slight incline on the road... she refuses to continue.  She screams, she yells, she hits me, and meanwhile the parade left us.  I am just hoping and praying that Boston will stay with our ward and make it to the end of the parade and wait for me!  I am now on the sidewalk attempting to push Cambridge in the stroller, with Hadley walking/screaming, and me also carrying her bike.  A police officer kindly approaches us... and asks if he can carry the bike.  Knowing that will make Hadley scream more to see a police officer take her bike, I said no... he then offered Hadley a Tattoo if she would stop screaming.  She did.  Oh what I wouldn't give to have a police officer everyday to stop her screaming!  It was SO EMBARRASSING, but we survived, we found Boston, and I don't think we will ever do the children's parade again.

We grabbed a bite to eat and headed to the Rodeo.  Feeling sorry for myself I bought myself a large Moose Tracks Shake.  I hadn't finished it so I brought it along with us...
Needing to get Cambridge;s jacket on, I handed Hadley my milkshake to hold for 2 seconds... she dropped it and it splashed on some guys back who was not so kind about it.  Awesome.  Where is Jeremy you might ask... at school.
After that we had a lot of fun.  I wish I could have taken some more pictures but trying to keep 3 kids happy by myself was all I could do!  Boston did go run around trying to get money from the cash cow... so funny to watch!  So although it might appear that our adventures are effortless...there not.  But adventure is what keeps me happy... so we will keep on adventuring!

Tuesday

Tuesday night we went to this beautiful place for a Bee's game!

Monday

Monday brought another baseball game!

Love Boston's team this year!

Hadley loves playing with her buddy Jace during the games!

After the games we headed to our friends the Henriksen's for a yummy and fun BBQ!  The kids were in their dream land and we didn't see them most of the night!

They even had a bounce house for the kiddos!

Of course the favorite is still the zipline!  Debany took Cambridge down and he LOVED it... after going once, he was hooked!  You would get near it, and he would kick his legs and wave his arms with such excitment!  So adorable.  Thanks for fun night Bruce and Debany!

Happy Fathers Day!

We had a fun time celebrating Jeremy on Father's Day, and visitng both of our Dad's!  Hadley gave the most adorable talk in Primary!  I think the best part was when she said I love my Daddy's kisses when he has a shavy face!  (When his face is shaved!)
