January Happenings (Mostly phone pictures)

The kids and I had a lot of fun with the left over Christmas boxes and wrapping paper tubes.   I took much better pictures with my real camera, but somehow they disappeared :(

This is Boston's Jeep... before it was finished.  It was even cooler!  He was so proud of it that he wanted me to bring it for his show and tell.  The kids in his class thought it was the coolest thing EVER.  Seriously it was a huge hit.  Who would have thought...

While I was at his school I was able to watch his PE class!  It brought back lots of memories of the parachute!

One day Boston was busy doing "secret work"... little did I know he was making one of these hearts for all of us... my favorite was finding one in Cambridge's crib. He melts me.

One Friday night we spent going out to dinner and mini-golfing!  It was a much needed night out on the town!

Last Sunday we had Stake Conference.  Jeremy got a shoe shining kit for Christmas, and the kids were having so much fun shining their shoes before Stake Conference.  Seriously, this entertained them for like an hour!

On Martin Luther Kind Day my parents surprised us with a visit.  Before I knew it, Boston had convince Grandpa to help build his last Ninjago Lego set he got for Christmas!
He LOVES is lego sets!!

Hadley is such a little helper!

Hadley loves having play dates!  This is her buddy Jace.  As Boston would say "They are the perfect match!"

My kids crack me up.  They love dressing up.  Boston came upstairs as a 3 Amigo cowboy Spiderman guy! So funny!

I can not tell you how many times I catch my kids playing with Cambridges things!

It makes me laugh every time!

Cambridge enjoys cheering for his UTAH teams!

On Friday we spent the day with my Mom and Discovery Gateway!  I don't know who needed the getaway more... me or the kids!

They had a fun "science" class.... here Boston and Grandma are making a bird feeder

Hadley checking out the bird feathers under the microscope!

Friday night my dear sister-in-law Megan came and watched the kids so we could go to the temple.  I was really nervous leaving Cambridge but she rocked it... all 3 kids in bed when we got home.  WOW, that was sooooooooo nice!!  It was crazy thick fog and the temple looked so cool!

Tonight is the night.  Cambridge is sleeping in his crib for the 1st time!  Hope it goes well!

Logan and Mason's Special Baptism Day!

On January 5th my nephews Logan and Mason were Baptized!  They were just so adorable, and so excited for their big day!  I've been to lots and lots of baptisms and this one seemed to be extra special.  I know it was because their angel mother Natalia was there watching her boys, beaming with pride as they made such a good choice.  The best part was that Logan and Mason really felt the spirit.  Both of them got big teary eyes during the program, and Mason had a tear run down his check as he watched Logan be baptized.  What special little boys.

We enjoyed going over to their house and celebrating with all the family!!  What a great day!
I had to include the invitation too!

January 4th- 3 Months Old

I took some pictures of Cambridge on this day... but somehow they got erased :(  But here are some recent ones;
He still loves his blankey!  He ALWAYS has his head turned to the right...

He is just so very smiley!!  His very favorite thing is for someone to play Patty Cake with his feet!  He LOVES that!

He also is loving this toy... his siblings must really like reliving their baby years because they can't seem to stay away from it either!
-He is not sleeping well during the day... unless he is in his car seat.
-He LOVES our bed and pillows.  He will be screaming and we put him on our pillows in our bed and he is instantly fast asleep.  He really likes his comfort.
-He has started batting at his toys.
-He LOVES to suck on his hands...
- He is a pretty chill little guy!

Also on January 4th Jeremy took me on a HOT DATE to the Riverwoods!  It was so nice to get out and enjoyed each others company!

Happy 2013!!

On New Years Eve we drove up to my parents to celebrate the New Year!  We went out for our traditional Chinese Dinner, and then came back to their house

and got dressed for the party!

The kids were SO EXCITED

We played lots of games and then at 10:00 we watched the ball drop in NYC...

and went outside to ring in the new year!!

We even had sparklers!!

I think this was Boston and Hadley's favorite part, but holy cow it was FREEZING!  We then put the kids to bed... then we played some more games and went back outside at Midnight to ring in the true new year!

The next day my Mom and I took the kids sledding!  (I think my kids have more pictures sledding then I do of my whole life!  We just love the snow!)

I had a few crashes that my mom caught on the camera!

Hadley's snow angel

Mr. Tongue always hanging out...

It was super fun!  We enjoyed the rest of the day relaxing at my parents then headed home to begin our 2013!
