May May May

I don't blame Cambridge for sitting on Hadley... after all she has him dressed in 3 of her necklaces!

This is how I found Boston early one morning.  He just couldn't wait to dig into his new pile of books from the library!  Nothing makes him happier.  He LOVES to read.

We FINALLY set up the kids their own savings accounts.  They were so excited to take their money to start saving for college and their missions!

Sunday walk...

Watching baseball practice...

I volunteered again at field day!  It's always so fun!

Hadley's Graduation from Preschool!

May 21st was a very special day!  Hadley graduated from preschool!  I still can not believe that she could possibly be that old...

Jeremy had to go to school, so my Mom and I did our best to make it a very special day for her!

She did amazing!  She sang the songs so well, in fact with her loud voice you could hear her over the large group of kids... in a very beautiful way!  She was simply adorable!
Hadley and her ward buddy Ben!

Hadley and her cute friend Lyndi!

Ms. Annie, Hadley, and Ms. Robin!  FABULOUS teachers!

A HUGE thanks to my mom for coming and supporting Hadley and I since Jeremy couldn't make it.

Trying to get a family picture... thanks Boston...

So proud of my girl!

Our little graduate!  I asked if I could straighten or curl her hair and she said NO!  Just brush it!  That's MY style.

"Daddy's Helicopter"

Whenever the kids see a helicopter they say "is that Daddy's helicopter?"  Meaning the Intermountain Healthcare Life flight.  Well the other night they got to watch "Daddy's Helicopter" rescuing a para-glider on the mountain right behind us!  It was fascinating to watch it hover, turn on a dime, and watch someone jump out to go help.  Luckily the para-glider only broke his ankle.

Hadley's Selfie's

Oh my goodness.  Look at these gems I found on my camera last night!  Hadley is getting quite into Selfie's!  You would think she was a teenager...especially puckering her lips!  Oh wow...

Girls Camp Preparation...

Yesterday I was able to drive up to Heber Valley and tour around the Church's girls camp!  It was amazing!  The most deluxe camping I have ever seen!

It really helped me to get excited.  I think I have been to busy and overwhelmed to get excited, but I am finally feeling a little excitement now!

Our theme is LEGO- Love Everyone God Ourselves.

This was the camp invite we gave them to help get them excited and begin earning their money!  Wish me luck over the next 60 or so days as all I do is eat, sleep, and breath CAMP!

Temple Night with Friends!

Some how Jeremy and I were adopted in to an amazing group of friends!  We had all planned on coming to the temple together on Friday night, but at the last minute 3 couples had to back out.  It was a WONDERFUL night at the temple and a delicious and fun night out to dinner!  I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such awesome people!

Hadley's 5th Birthday!

For days, for weeks, for months this girl has been counting down until her 5th birthday!  She simply could not wait!  Finally the day arrived and the first thing out of her mouth "How rude!  I have a bloody nose on my birthday!"  After taking care of her nose, she was happy to find the house all decorated and lots of presents waiting to be opened!
She received some fun fun things from us, her grandparents, her adopted grandparents and her cute friends!

She had her 5 pancake for breakfast, although she was so excited she could hardly eat!
-
Then the boys left for school and work and Grandma came to the rescue to help me pull off a party, that I had hardly anytime to prepare.  We worked all day and finally it was PARTY time!
This was the invite!

This shows the food (creative juice, paint "chips", Rice Krispe paint brushes, and marshmallows), table with aprons, a little of the decor, and the party favor(crayons and a notepad that said "Thanks for making my party a masterpiece!).

Right before the party my mom told me to take a picture of Hadley with her cute sign... well I forgot to have the sign part showing... I think I was a little frazzled!

As her friends arrived they did some fun sidewalk chalk!
Once her friends arrived we took a picture of the group!  Such fun kids!

Then we decorated bags for them to take all of their projects home in!

Then we painted real canvas's that turned into these cute projects!

I think the kids really liked them!

Then we did marble painting!  Its one of my kids favorite things to do with Grandma!  None of the kids had ever done it before and they loved it!
Then we did some finger painting with chocolate pudding!  The boys were so clean and dainty and the girls were a mess but having so much fun!  It was so funny to watch!

Then time for playdoe!

Finally it was time for treats and snacks!

Instead of presents Hadley's guests brought art supplies to donate to the Pediatric Unit at Jeremy's hospital! It was so neat to see what fun stuff people brought to share with others!  (everyone brought a little something for Hadley too which was beyond nice of them)
After we cleaned up the party we went to Pizza Pie Cafe!  Hadley was so excited for them to come sing to her and giver her a Cookie Monster!  YUM!

This girl had a FABULOUS 5th Birthday!

Happy Mothers Day!

Saturday night before Mothers Day we went on a double date with Matt and Heather to see a Mafia Murder Mystery Play!  It was really really fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed our night out together!
Mothers Day was a typical Sunday filled with Jeremy gone to meetings, kids screaming, whining, lots of time outs ect... but my husband spoiled with with a fun sign, videos of the kids, and a new rocker bench for our deck!  I love it!

So glad I am a mother!

I had fabulous intentions to take a picture of Jeremy and his mom, and me and my mom, but it didn't happen.  I did get this gem of Hadley dressed up at my parents house.  Jeremy said "you look like your a cheerleader for a funeral."  So funny!

"All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my angel Mother." -Abraham Lincoln-

Thanks Mom, for being the perfect mother for me. I simply do not know how you did it, how you do it, but you do it perfectly. #Itwasmom

Mother Daughter "Girls Camp!"

With a million date changes, and plan changes, our Activity Day Mother Daughter Activity ended up being on May 9th with a "Girls Camp" theme.  (can you tell whats on my mind...)  I loved the invitations.  I think they turned out super cute!
The weather had been rainy all day, but just in time it turned out to be a PERFECT evening for campfire.  Not to hot, not to cold.  Perfect.  My prayers were answered!

We took everyone's picture as they arrived!!
Including me and my co-leader!

Then we played a gathering game, and then roasted hot dogs and ate a our delicious dinner around the fire!

Then it was craft time!  They each painted their own hot dog stick and made a picture frame!

Then we played fruit basket-camping style! It was fun!
Then we sang some fun camp songs, and did a bear hunt!

Then we ate delicious S'mores!  We had regular graham crackers, chocolate graham crackers, Oreos, Hershey's, Reese's, Rolo's, regular marshmallows, and toasted coconut marshmallows!  I think the girls were in heaven, and I think the Mom's were too!  ;)  The night turned out perfectly!  I wish I would have gotten a picture of the cute water-bottles, crafts they made, the cute trail mix we gave as a party favor.. but oh well!
Jeremy is a super Dad.  While we were having a party at our house he took the kids to Trafalga.

They of course had a blast!
