FREE!!!

I love FREE!! One Saturday night we went bowling because it was National Bowling Day and it was FREE, and then we went to a new frozen yogurt place that was giving away FREE yogurt! So yummy!! It was a super fun FREE night!

Boston's feet are finally big enough to wear offical bowling shoes!! He loved them and was so mad when we made him take them off!

Hadley loved watching us, and would clap for us, and we would have to give her a high five after every bowl!

Gateway Fountain

My Mom and I let the kids play in the Gateway Fountain, even though it wasn't the main attraction for the day, the kids had a BLAST!!
They all got so stinkin wet!! I have so many found memories of this fountain, it is fun to share it with my kiddo's!
Everybody was staring at Hadley. They couldn't believe that such a little girl could love the water spraying her so much! She was crawling all over the place, and loved the surprise of getting sprayed!

Doctor Jeremy, and Nurse Camille

My two amazing sister-in-laws Jenn and Megan have been staying at our house recovering from their surgery's. It has been a lot of fun for me to have 2 sisters to chat with!!

Jenn was in the hospital from Tuesday August 10th to Sunday August 15th. She had to have her gallbladder removed. She went through a lot in those few days. Poor girl was stuck in the smallest room in the hospital, with some of the WORST nurses attending to her, but yet she still had an AMAZINGLY positive attitude. I think the best part about Jenn's surgery is that she got to mark this (above pic) off her bucket list!! Jenn is now back at her own place, and we miss her tons!

Megan went in on August 18th to have her tonsils removed. Everything seemed to go well, and Jenn, my kids, and I brought her home from the clinic where the surgery was done. Well, she kept getting huge blood clots, and things were not looking normal. So Jenn called the doctor and the doctor said for her to go to the ER immediately. So Hadley and I took Megan to the ER. Jeremy met us there and stayed with her while they had to put her out again, and re-due part of the surgery. They didn't get home until 1:00 in the morning or so. Megan is now recovering well, and enjoying lots of yummy Popsicles. She is going to be living with us until she leaves on her mission in November.

This lovely photo was taken right after Megan's surgery. She wanted to come with us to get her prescriptions... so here is Sick #1, leading Sick #2. We were all laughing. It was quite a sight to see.

So now you know where I have been. Making hospital visits, ER visits, and filling ice packs, and making sure everyone is taking the right amount of medicine... but mostly just enjoying the time with some of the coolest ladies in the world! It has been amazing for me to watch Jeremy be the most awesome brother ever. He was with Jenn everyday in the hospital, and he was right by Megan's side for her surgery. He is incredible.

I Love To See The Temple

We are so proud of Jeremy's littlest sister Megan. Last Saturday Megan chose to go and recieve her Endowment at the Salt Lake Temple. She did this prepatory to serving her mission in Brazil. A few of us were able to go with her. We throughly enjoyed being with Megan in the Temple.

Hadley's 15 Months... NO WAY!!

-She has graduated from Kids on The Move. She is now developmentally were she is supposed to be!! Although not walking on her own she is crawling using three styles. Army style, on all fours, and even the elephant walk. (see bum picture) She LOVES crawling up the stairs, and she is walking ALL OVER using furniture. So she is making great progress in that area.
-She has become a little parrot. Seriously her vocabulary has sky rocketed through the roof. Here are a few of her latest words... Grandma, Grandpa, BoBo (Boston) apple, car, stinky, all aboard, doggie, cracker, bath, cookie, ball, and park. I love love love hearing her talk!! It is so much fun.

-She has two of her bottom teeth, and 4 on the top coming in. She is a great sleeper and has TONS of energy. She loves playing with cars and trains, and gives her dolls and stuffed animals great kisses and hugs. She loves music and dancing to it! She also loves to swim and make HUGE messes with her food. (see dirty kid picture below.)

Why do my kids give me their biggest smiles when they are dirty!!?? Oh well. Happy 15 months Hadley Boo!

Twenty Five

Back on August 5th I turned 25!!! I was super excited about this birthday! I just love the sound of 25!! I spent the day with my Mom and my nephews Logan and Mason. We went to the Bean Museum on BYU's campus.

The kids had a blast looking at all the different Animals and bugs!

Hadley especially has a love for animals. It is so funny. The problem is she thinks they should all say MOO!!

I will for sure be visiting the Bean Museum again. Free and fun. My two favorite words.

Then we went out to lunch at the BYU Creamery. I LOVE this place. They have such YUMMY hamburgers, fries, and ice cream. What more could a girl want?
-
After the fun filled day, Jeremy, the kids, and I went swimming with our friends the Bruce's at our local pool. We had a BLAST! I wish I had pictures of Hadley going down the slide on her belly! She LOVED it!! Boston also was doing awesome learning to float on his back
-
It was a fabulous birthday... and it didn't end there. On Sunday we got together with some family and celebrated again!! This time with my favorite birthday dessert made by my Mom! My friend Amy recently highlighted the recipe on her blog. So good!!

So here's to my twenty fifth year of life! It's going to be GREAT!

Your Next Nursery Idol!

This kid loves to sing. You can hear him singing outside the Nursery door at church, you can hear him for miles singing at Family Home Evening, and here we have two recordings of his Sunday Night Broom Singing performances. Enjoy.

Dinosaur Museum!!

My friend Jennie and I took advantage of Thanksgiving points $2.00 Tuesday's and went to the Dinosaur Museum.

Boston was SO EXCITED to get to go to the dinosaur museum!

Here is all the kids! Boston was so excited to get to go with his best friend Porter! It was a really awesome museum. I don't think I would ever pay full price to go though!

The kids loved all the hands on exhibits they had.

I just love this picture of Boston being a shark! You may think this picture is in the wrong post... but no, they have a ocean section there as well.

Digging for some dinosaur bones!

You see the kids... ya they look REALLY small compared to the GINORMOUS DINO!!

It was a super fun adventure with our good friend's the Bruce's!!

5th Anniversary Getaway

Although our anniversary isn't until August 12th, we celebrated it last weekend. It was Jeremy's turn to plan it, and he did a FABULOUS job!! EVERYTHING was a surprise!! I had a schedule covered in sticky notes with numbers on them. Each day I could only open one number at a time to find a riddle! I would have to figure out the riddle to find out what we were doing next. It was really fun.
The first thing on the agenda was to go to the Bountiful temple, which is where we were married... but it was closed.
So then we went to the Salt Lake Temple which was really nice.

After the temple we went bowling!! Someday I am going to be on a bowling league. I just love that game.

After bowling we went and check into The Little America in downtown SL. We checked out both of the pools, the shops, and then headed off to the

Bee's game!! I love baseball!! It was a really good game, in really good seats, with some really good food, but the best part was having our anniversary announced and appear on the scoreboard!! I loved it!

The next day we went golfing on the executive course at Four Lakes. Golf is another thing I love. We both had some excellent drives, and had a lot of fun!
After golfing we went to Raging Waters. Neither of us had ever been there and we LOVED it!! The facility is super outdated, but the Slides are AWESOME!! We had a royal blast. After swimming Jeremy tells me to dress nice... so I did my best to make myself look nice with swimming hair, BLAH!
We were earlier for our "surprise" dinner, so we played around on Library square downtown. Then we headed over to Cannella's for dinner. I had never heard of the place so I was quite surprised we were going there. Jeremy told me to wait outside... all the sudden my sister-in-law Cat comes waltzing out! I had no idea that it was the restaurant where she works!!

So we go inside and Cat and Jeremy had teamed together to decorate the table all nice!
We thoroughly enjoyed having Cat serve us, and the food was DIVINE!! BEST Italian food ever!! I would highly recommend the place!!

I even got to enjoy my first Italian Soda.

After the fun dinner, we went to a hotel up in Park City to crash for the night!! This was the view from our room! It was SO PRETTY!! I love being up in the mountains!!

The next day Jeremy gave me some money to go spend at the outlets!! YAHOO!!! I love shopping!! After that we went to pick up our kiddos!

It was the best anniversary yet!! Loved every minute of it!

While The Cat's Away The Mice Will Play

While Jeremy and I were off on our Anniversary adventure, our kids stayed at my parents! They had a blast while we were gone!
They got to go out to eat and chow down on their favorites... fries, and ice cream.
Boston and Hadley enjoyed painting, and of course lots of playing!
Boston even got to make a "Car" out of a box. He thought that was pretty cool. Hadley wanted to sit in one too so Mason let her ride in his passenger seat. Mason also read books to Boston. What a cousin.
My parents even took them to a concert in the park! Both kids had a lot of fun dancing the night away. I think we missed them more then they missed us!! Who can blame them. Grandparents are always more fun!
