Boston's Birthday!

Boston's birthday started a day early with his requested "Mama's Chocolate Cake!"

The morning was of course filled with Birthday Pancakes and a few fun gifts!

Then it was off to Swimming lessons and then time to PARTY!!!  Olympic Style!!
The kids made their Country flags, and did the march of the athletes to some fun Olympic music!  Then it was time to light the torch!

We did the Javelin

Shot Pot

4X100 Relay

Long Jump

Soccer Shot Out

Hurdles

Basketball
100 Meter Dash

And finally it was time for the Medals Ceremony!  Boston loved awarding them all with Gold Medals!

Yummy Snacks!  A little boy that came to the party told his Mom that he wanted me to be on his birthday committee and to be over treats!!  Guess I sugared them up well!!!

After a group hug...Boston collected sporting equipment for gifts to be donated to Camp Kesem!  It was really fun!

FUN FUN FUN Party!  The kids were all so awesome!  A HUGE thanks to my Mom for helping me with the party!  I could not have survived all those kids without her help!!!
Then we had lunch with my Mom, and Logan and Mason, and then headed out for some bowling!!
Then off to Boston's baseball game where Jeremy met up with us
and then finished it off with Pizza Pie Cafe.  Apparently a new birthday tradition!

What a fun fun fun day!  I can't believe my baby is 7!!!  He is so smart, so funny, so literal, and such a tease!!  I sure love him!

Pleasant Grove Family Day Hike

We had such a great time at our city's Family Breakfast and Hike this morning! Nothing better then spending time in the mountains with my family!

Time for FRIENDS!

Summer brings time for FRIENDS!
I watched my neighbors kids for 9 hours one day.  3+4 boys= 7 kids.  The kids had a royal blast together!
Our version of a water-slide!

Cambridge loved this little pool!
I think we might need a bigger pool...

More friends!  Nicholas and Vincent!

We took Porter to the LEGO movie one day!  The kids loved it!!

JUNE!

June can pretty much be summed up in these 2 pictures.
We spent 4 weeks in June doing swimming lessons M-F.  The kids really learned a lot and watching Boston get the courage to go off the diving bored was an awesome Mommy Moment!  I am so glad I have done swimming lessons because Boston has been invited 3 times to go swimming with friends this summer.  Although it sends me into a panic, I felt a lot more confident in his abilities after 4 weeks of lessons!

Also during June we spent M-Th at the ball-field.  Boston in coach pitch and Hadley in T-ball!  Both of them have absolutely loved every minute of it!  Boston is really understanding the game and get lots of outs at each game!  Hadley has the biggest smile the ENTIRE game.  She is quite the little player and takes it very seriously.

FINALLY!! School's out for SUMMER!!!!!!!

Boston said goodbye to 1st Grade and his teacher Mrs. Bunker!!  He worked super hard and did super well.  He was one popular little man with lots and lots of friends... which got him into trouble!  What can I say the boy loves to laugh and have fun.

Of course we had to celebrate!
We went to a neighborhood party where they have lots of fun snacks and a giant slip and slide!  So fun!

Then a fun picnic lunch!
Then we pulled the slip and slide out and at one point had 9 people in our front yard having so much fun with water!!  3 Hours worth!

After Pizza for dinner we headed to the local pool for yet MORE WATER fun!  The kids had such a blast celebrating the beginning of SUMMER and no more homework!!!

Hadley's Birthday Build A Bear Trip!

Hadley simply couldn't wait for her special Birthday Build A Bear trip with Grandma!  She knew exactly what she wanted.

Thanks Grandma for the super special trip!  She LOVES Twilight!

We had a perfect Memorial Day; Woods Cross Memorial Day Breakfast, Golf Lessons from Grandpa, a beyond delicious BBQ, and the most important part visiting Natalia's Grave. Her son Mason wrote the note in yellow. Warmed my heart, broke my heart, and filled my heart all at once. Priceless.

Ward Party!

I think it is sad that the church is such a big part of our lives, but we don't take many pictures of church events.  Jeremy took a few at our last ward party for the ward history!  I thought they might be kind of fun to save!

The kids always have a blast playing with their ward buddies!!
