Christmas Day

I am so thankful for the Christmas Season. I am grateful for the reminder it gives me of my Savior Jesus Christ, and all he has done for me.
I hope I always make room for Jesus in my life... not just during Christmas.
-
Christmas Day I woke up at 4:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. I was feeling A LOT better though!! (Although not 100%, which is evident with the lack of Christmas pictures/videos) FINALLY at 7:00 Boston woke up... we woke up Jeremy and Hadley and went to see if Santa came...

and he did!! The kids got just what they wanted and were so thrilled and shocked. It was so cute!

Boston loved every gift. I think he especially loved his fishing pole, and race track!

Hadley was so excited about EVERYTHING. She just jumped up and down with excitment after each and every present. After she opened her princess' she ran and gave Jeremy a hug and said thank you for my princess's!"
-
We ate a quick breakfast, then headed off to church. I love having church on Sunday. I wish we could do that every year. Love Love Loved it.

We came home and began the building/playing of all the toys!!!
-
My parents came over and had a yummy steak and potato lunch with us!!

My kids were spoiled rotten by them...

I was so grateful my parents came over and hung out with us! We played lots of games and sang some carols and just enjoyed being together.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

We had told the kids that on Christmas Eve they could open each other's gifts. They were so beyond excited, that we let them open them first thing in the morning. Boston got Hadley Cinderella Squinkies...
Hadley bought Boston an Imaginex airplane. It was so cute to watch them so excited for the other person to open their gift.

I spent Christmas Eve, sicker then sick with what I thought was food poisoning. So I spent Christmas Eve Night alone, to sick to do anything but lay there. Jeremy and the kids went to the Rogers Christmas Party!

Hadley and Boston LOVED playing with their cousins!! They are both lucky enough to have a cousin only one month younger then each of them!

They had pot luck and enjoyed a White Elephant game.

The kids came home super happy and hipper. I'm glad they at least had a good night.

We then put out the special Reindeer Dust that Boston got from preschool...

Got Santa's milk ready...

and his cookie of course! The kids went to bed pretty good... I think Hadley was jumping on her bed until about 10:00... she was just so excited. She kept saying "Santa's coming in 3 minutes!!!"

Christmas Eve Eve was spent Cooking and Cleaning! Then Jeremy's sister Megan came to spend the night with us!!
We all went to see Arthurs Christmas! We all LOVED it! Really cute show.

Then we ate some dinner at JCW's! One of my favs!

Oh man! Christmas is just to fun with these kids around!

Then we went to see the lights at Thanksgiving point, but the line was INSANE! So we decided to just enjoy our favorite dancing lights in our neighborhood! So Awesome. What a fun night!

Family Christmas Photo Shoot

A HUGE thank you to my sister-in-law Jenn for taking these pictures for us!! We had a great time doing these at the Salt Lake Library! So fun!

Jessie's MARRIED!!!

When Jeremy's sister Jenn moved out of our house, she moved into a condo with a girl named Jessie! Well since that day, Jessie has become a wonderful family friend. We just love her to pieces!! Well on the 20th she was married to a wonderful guy Scott! We couldn't be happier for the two of them!!! (Sorry this is the best picture I got of them...)

The kids had a blast dancing the night way...

Check out Bostons' wink! Oh ya, he's got the moves!

Boston really wanted to dance with his Aunt Jenn... and Hadley didn't miss a beat. She went right up to her husband Josh and held out her hands! They have the best Aunts and Uncles in the world!

New Jammies!

Grandma and Grandpa bought the kiddos new jammies!! The kids LOVE them and ask to where them nearly every night... "they are just so soft!"

They also got a new book from Grandma and Grandpa! The Gingerbread Pirates! The kids LOVE it, and so do I! Cute cute book!

Christmas Sleepover!

One of my favorite Christmas Traditions for my childhood is the Christmas Sleepover!!! Now I enjoy it with my kids!!

We started out the night with Pizza, Rootbear floats, and Frosty the Snowman!

Then we made snowflakes out of coffee filters! Works great!

Then we played Hide the Bow. The kids would cout and we would hide the bow, and then we would count and they would hide the bow. Simple, but they LOVED it!

UNO Attack is a favorite at our house!

We also played Chutes and Latters.

Then we read some Christmas Stories, and then we set up all of our sleeping stuff to sleep all together in the living room! Jeremy and the kids watched Kung Fu Panda 2, I tried to watch it, but just ended up sleeping!!

In the morning Jeremy and the kids had a pillow fight while I fixed Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Bacon!! YUM! The kids have been beggin for another sleepover! They had a blast, and I have NEVER seen Hadley so crazy hyper!
