Saturday

Saturday Morning I was dressed like this... to attend a "Tea Party" with the Activity Day Girls!  I still can't believe I could suck in enough to squeeze into my Senior Ball dress!  The little girls just LOVED my dress.

Saturday Afternoon...

Was spent with my amazing sister-in-law Megan getting these yummy treats ready, and everything else ready for the Family BBQ!

Saturday Evening...

The Rogers Family came over for a BBQ for Jeremy and Darla's birthdays.  The kids had such a blast playing in the backyard!

Love this face!

Whenver the Rogers family comes over they all seem to gravitate to our computer.. it's like they have never seen one before!  Here is the family watching Nathan's Jiu-Jitsu videos.

The BBQ was DELICIOUS!  Here are some of the kids enjoying the grub...
...
and the rest of the crew...

It was all fun and games except the fact that Jeremy was so sick with a headache that he just went to bed... and until the deck collapsed... that was a little scary.  No one was hurt though.  Just another thing to add to the spend a lot of money to get fixed list...

It was great to see everyone, especially since I hadn't seen most of them since Halloween!!

City Creek Center Grand Opening

Can I just say that I had the BEST day yesterday. The BEST! My Mom, the kids and I ventured out to the Grand Opening of the City Creek Center in downtown Salt Lake City! We have waited for this day for soooooo long! It was everything I dreamed and more! The mall is just BEAUTIFUL. The waterfalls, the creek, the fountains, and everything just create the funnest atmosphere! I especially loved all the fun things today like all the really cool musicians, a 10 dollar G.C. to Macy's, lots of free Godiva Chocolate, facepainting, balloons, stickers, and watching all the hustle and bustle of the crowd! Oh man, I can't wait to go back!!! When I am downtown I feel at home. I took so many pictures I threw them into a video.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been if Natalia could have come too! My Mom and Sister, and I would always go downtown together to meet my Dad for lunch and do some shopping. My sister and I also worked downtown together for a few years. Hopefully she was there with us yesterday.

Twenty Nine

On Tuesday night my parents watched the kids and I took Jeremy out to dinner and to the Jazz game for his birthday!  I was a really fun night especially with the Jazz winning!

On Wednesday it was Jeremy's 29th Birthday!  Holy cow!  Only one more year in his 20's!  Crazy!!  He took the day off work.  He opened some fun presents!!

He spend more the day working on political; stuff, or working in the yard!

For dinner he wanted to get take out chinese and eat it at the park!

The kids had a blast!

They LOVE their Daddy so much!

He wanted Basketball Cupcakes... so that's what he got!
Happy Birthday to the Best Husband and Father EVER!!
We love you!

Boston's Birthday??

Since Boston's birthday is in the summer, his preschool class celebrated it on Tuesday.  He had to fill out this poster ALL about him.  He was so excited for his special day that he woke up an hour early that morning... preschool doesn't even start until 1:00!

He also got to bring a special treat... he choose Maple Donuts. He loved being the special helper for the day, and sharing his treats with his friends!

Hadley is Potty Trained!

Round Two of potty training went so much better. She caught on so quickley and has been doing SO AWESOME!! She filled up 3 potty charts, and wears underwear during naps and bedtime... so we went to go celebrate at Chucky Cheese's. (Her choice) I LOVE not having to buy diapers anymore!! YIPEE!!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

I have the coolest neighbor ever. I am her "Cupcake Tester." It's a real painful job. So the day before St. Patricks Day she brought over these AMAZING Mint Chocolate Cupcakes. SO CUTE!

The night before the big green day the kids set out their leprechaun traps...

Oh boy did the leprechauns make a mess!

The left each of the kids a pot of gold and a little toy leprechaun!

The kids were so excied and so cute about it all.

For Breakfast: Shamrock French Toast, and Hashbrowns with Green Peppers

Wearing Green!

I even got around to making Hadley a new St. Patricks Day Bow!

The real highlight of the day was getting a package from Grandma and Grandpa!

It had their FAVORITE Cereal in it...

And some real Gold $$$$! The kids were so happy!

This is the first year I really did anything with the leprechauns... and it was rather fun, and totally worth it to hear my kids reactions!

Cacus Night

Wow. I don't even know what to say. But I want to say something. Last night's Caucus meeting was awesome, interesting, crazy, stressful, funny, and oh so much more. With Jeremy being the district education officer he has been to lots of meetings to get trained, and then more meetings to train others on how to run their Caucus Meetings.

I was one of the three people who checked people in last night. It was a royal nightmare. If people actually found a parking spot, then it took them like 30 minutes to even get into the door because the lines were so long. We ran out of registration forms, wristbands, name tags, EVERYTHING. The last caucus 32 people came... so they planned on 50. 180 people showed up from our precinct. It was so awesome to see that kind of involvement, but nobody was prepared for the masses. I left at 9:00pm to relieve the babysitter, and Jeremy got home at 1:00am. I was really happy with the awesome people that were elected. Jeremy is now a state delegate on top of his Education Officer Responsibilities. He is loving learning more and more, and I am trying to be a supportive wife.I would for sure go again. It was really quite fun and interesting, but I sure hope our district prepares better next time!!
