Dear Readers,

I am sorry for the Blog Overload. I am SUPER behind in my blogging, and hope to catch up in the next couple of days. Life is BUSY!!

Camille and Kids Appreciation Day

Jeremy is the best husband and Dad ever. He declared May 21st as Camille and Kids Appreciation Day. He took the day off work and we spent the whole day together having fun!!
First stop. Liberty Park!! I haven't been there in years, but I have a feeling I will be back soon! It was so much fun! So much to do and see!! Jeremy has been in a photography mood lately, hence we have a million pictures!!

I usually don't take pictures without somebody in the pictures. Jeremy took these scenery pictures and I love them!! In case you are wondering, the amusement park rides still work!

After our fun at the park, we went Swimming!!! It was Hadley's first time and she LOVED IT! We all had a great time in the pool!!!

Thanks Jeremy for a WONDERFUL day!! I think everyone should have one of these days.

Butterfly.

I never thought we would actually catch a butterfly in the butterfly nets we gave as favor's for Hadley's birthday. But to my surprise, we DID! The kids thought it was great!

We sure had a fun day at Wheeler Farm!! Boston's favorite thing was watching the animals go to the bathroom, Hadley's favorite thing was having her cousin Mason push her in the stroller and go "4-wheeling." Logan's favorite thing was petting the bunnies, and Mason's favorite things was the streams.
Logan, Boston, and Mason
Close Encounter!!

Boston watching the horse eat.
4 kids on one huge tractor! Can you spot them?
LOVE this picture of my Mom and Hadley

Goodbye Wheeler Farm. Thanks for the fun FREE day!

A Toy That Every Generation Has Enjoyed

Hadley's Butterfly Birthday Party!

The day after Hadley's birthday we had a big birthday party with all the fam! Almost everyone came and it was a great day!!

Since all of my parents grandkids were there we decided to hurry and take a picture before the party got started... I can't believe they have 7 grandkids!!

Everybody just kind of did their own thing. Played basketball, sat and visited, played on the playground, and ran around with their butterfly nets! Then we opened presents. Hadley was VERY SPOILED!! Every gift was so appreciated.
This is the butterfly cake I made for Hadley. Which she had no problem devouring.

She couldn't get that candle off fast enough.

As soon as she finished the first piece, she signed and said MORE MORE MORE!!!

So two pieces of cake later, it was time to clean up. She wasn't to happy about that.

My cute nephews Peyton and Jordan enjoyed some treats!
And so did nephew Caydon and Boston!!
Of course Hadley did some swinging!
Here is Hadley with one of her favorite cousins Baylee, who is always so cute to play with her!

I took a million pictures yet I wish I would have taken more of the group, the tables, the decorations, the kids running around with their butterfly nets... oh well. I think everyone had a good time and that's whats important. Thank you everyone for coming and making Hadley's birthday so special!!

Hadley Boo's 1st Birthday

I tried my best to make sure Hadley had a great 1st birthday.

We started the day out with our traditional birthday pancakes which she loved!
After the rain stopped, and the sun began to shine we played outside

and even did a little sidewalk chalk.

When Jeremy came home we went to Arctic Circle to let her eat all the fries and ice cream she wanted!

Then we went to play at the park! It is always a real treat for the kids to have their daddy come to the park!!

Finally Hadley was able to open her presents. She was really cute opening them, and getting excited about each one.
Hadley and Boston finished up the night playing with her new little people house. I'm not sure who was more excited about his gift. Hadley's favorite part of the house is the toilet seat that opens and closes...

It was a great birthday!!

Happy 1st Birthday Hadley!

I seriously can't believe I am posting this. Can a year really have passed by so quickly? How lucky and blessed I feel everyday to have this ray of sunshine in my life. Hadley just gets cuter everyday. I came up with two words to describe our little girl. Happy and Hungry. Then I asked Jeremy what two words he would use, and he said the exact same ones!! So there you have it. Happy Hungry Hadley.

At a year old;

  • She is the happiest girl I know
  • She adores her brother
  • She says MaMa, DaDa, More, All Done, and Hi
  • Signs More, All Done, and Eat
  • Waves Bye Bye
  • Army crawls everywhere!
  • Is very good at scooting around on her little car
  • Loves car rides, reading books, playing ball, being tickled, swinging, and singing!
  • Loves to eat. Anytime, anywhere, and no matter what.
  • Has no teeth
  • Has a few nicknames. Hadley Boo is what we normally call her, but sometimes we call her Miss Hadley, or Baby girl.

I put together a little slide show of Hadley's First Year. I'm sure you won't cry like I did, but hopefully someone will enjoy it!
