Happy Halloween!!

Halloween started bright and early at the school's Halloween Parade!

I don't think Hadley could have been any happier if she tried.  I then helped out for Hadley's 2 hour Halloween class party!  It's hard having to split my time this year between 2 kids!

That afternoon we went to the park for some trick or treating!  Jack sparrow brought his ship... pretty fun!

Love these kiddos!!

That night we went back to our old neighborhood.  The nearly 6 years we lived there we didn't go trick or treating once in the neighborhood, because we were always at a family party.  We went and had dinner with friends, then went out trick or treating together.  It was seriously the funnest Halloween I have ever had.  It was so fun to see so many of our friends!

Cambridge and his friend Bethany LOVED riding in the wagon and getting so many treats!!  After all the trick or treating we watched Hotel Transylvania on the driveway of my friends!  Who would have thought you could do an outdoor movie on Halloween night!  It was SO WARM!  Seriously it was such a fun day/night!

The next day the kids and I organized the candy!  Holy Moly!!

Traditions!

Every Halloween I have two favorite traditions!  Gardner Village, and Carving Pumpkins!
So grateful my Mom and I found a day to sneak away to Gardner Village!

Soooo much fun!!

The kiddos loved carving their pumpkins and Boston and Hadley wanted NO HELP!  Cambridge was taught the art of Power-tools from his daddy!

Fun fun family night!  In fact Boston said "This is like Family Home Evening, but without the lesson!!"

Red Ribbon Week

I need to work on my hair dying skills... but the kids had so much fun on all their silly days for Red Ribbon Week!  Hadley was even showcased on the school's facebook page for Backwards day!  I found it rather fitting.. since she LOVES to wear her shoes on the wrong feet, wear her shirts and pants backwards ect...

Super Hero Halloween Party!

My Mom threw the most amazing Super Hero Halloween Party!  We all had so much fun!!  We started off with some awesome games!

We ate some super delicious food!

And the kids each got a loot bag!  Super cute!

I'm so grateful for a Mom that makes holidays fun, and makes family an important party of her life.

Salt Lake Fun

I love downtown!  So on October 25th we decided to take our family pictures downtown!  It was a BEAUTIFUL night.  We couldn't have asked for better weather!  Jeremy captured this beautiful picture of the temple with the sun setting.

Love these kids!

Here is a sneak peak of the experience... from Jeremy's phone!  Can't wait to get our pictures back and see how they turned out!  Cambridge was difficult to say the least, so we will see...

Pumpkinland

The kid and I had such a blast visiting Pumpkinland again this year!

 Gotta love the corn maze!
My adorable candy corn!

My avid basketball player

My sneaky Spiderman!

Can you say BEAUTIFUL!

They have such a fun unique play area!

Of course, the kids LOVE the slides

 and playground!  Fun fun afternoon/night!

Fall Party!

We had so much fun at our annual gathering at the Henriksen home!!  The donut eating contest is always a hit, and the smores are always my personal favorite!  A fabulous party to celebrate one of the best seasons... FALL!

Fall Break- Day 3

Day 3 we headed to Discovery Gateway a.k.a. my kids heaven.  Lucky for us our cousins happened to be there too!

We had SO MUCH FUN!  Thanks Mom and Dad for the fabulous Fall Break!

Fall Break Day 2- Natalia's Birthday

We spent Natalia's birthday with her two amazing boys.  We took them to see the Celebration of Life Monument where Natalia's name is.

This describes the monument.

Such handsome, amazing boys.  Mason and Logan.

Then we headed to the zoo!  So much fun!!

Selfie with my best friend!

Such a fun day together, just like old times.

That night we gathered at the cemetery to celebrate Natalia's birthday.

Sending our notes to heaven

As always we were deeply touched by the number of acts of service that were done in Natalia's honor.
