4 Months, Valentines!

I am trying to blog every Sunday.  So here is some highlights from this week! (To see the pictures bigger, just click on the pic!)

Cambridge turned 4 months old!  YIKES!  It's zooming by!  He has an official nickname...Camba.  Hadley started it, and there is not stopping it!  He is just a smiley guy, and is "talking" up a storm constantly.  Especially when I sing to him. He is starting to sleep through the night which is fantastic!  He has also learned to buzz his lips together, and he finds himself quite funny.  He really likes the car, which I am so grateful.

On Friday we had a little Valentine Party!

We frosted yummy sugar cookies!

They all turned out so cute!

We played pin the lips... and we also made Valentine cards.  It was fun be together, and the kids had a blast!

Friday night Jeremy and I were able to go on a date!  (Thanks to my parents!)  We ate dinner at the blue lemon, went Ice Skating at the Gallivin Center, and then headed to the Jazz Game!  It was so fun!

While we were gone Hadley and Boston enjoyed some craft time!

They sure didn't miss us while we were gone!

The next morning Jeremy headed off to his school lab in Salt Lake, and me and the kiddos went sledding with my Mom, and Boston even convinced Grandma to teach him how to Crochet!  He made a chain over 10 feet long.  He LOVES doing it!

Today Jeremy received a new calling.  He will now serve as the Ward Clerk.  I am excited for his new opportunity!

What A Week!

Last Sunday night we let Cambridge hang out in his Crib with his Giraffe .. next thing we knew, he grabbed it and started snuggling it!  So adorable.  He seriously loves this giraffe guy.

Monday morning I caught Boston doing Hadley's hair.  To cute.

Monday night this little guy decided to roll over.  He HATES tummy time, just like my other kids.  So he found a way to get around it!

He is totally loving his toys now!  Especially this one!  He loves to pull on those dangling toys!

Monday night I finally captured Jeremy telling the kids a bedtime story.  We could probably sell his stories to a publisher.  He is an amazing story teller and the kids LOVE his stories!

Tuesday morning was Library Story Time... I just loved their groundhog hats... I just had to take a picture!

Also on this day Hadley wrote her name ALL BY HER SELF!  No help what so ever.  I am so glad she finally has an interest in doing it!

Something VERY special happened Tuesday as well... Jeremy's sister Jenn and her husband Josh had their baby boy!!  He was born at 11:49am, weighing in at 7 pounds 12 ounces, and was 21 inches long!  They named him Hudson Jay Jenks!!

Tuesday is s till not over yet.. not until we have some serious snow time!  The kids loved making snow angles, or "a snow Hadley!"

SO MUCH FUN!

I am so glad my kids love the snow as much as I do!

BEST friends!

We came inside and had homemade hot chocolate,

and after dinner we made snow ice cream!

It was SO YUMMY!!!

Boston wasn't to sure... but he loved it!

On Saturday Jeremy went to school, then we headed out to the University of Utah for a basketball game!  It was so fun to be back on Campus and see how much has changed in 5 years!

Making our U's!

 Boston especially loved the game!
At half time we were lucky enough to see Coach Majerus's Sweater hung in the rafters among all the great players retired numbers.

It was especially cool for Jeremy because he would go to Utes games with his friend Todd during the Rick Majerus, Keith Van Horn, Andre Miller Era.  He loved seeing all those old players return!

After the game we FINALLY went and met our new nephew Hudson!

He is sooooooo adorable!!  Josh and Jenn are going to be amazing parents!

Then we dropped by my parents and said hello, and then went to a wedding in Spanish Fork!  Holy cow.  I was so ready for bed that night!  Always an adventure with us!
