Family FUN day!!

When the kids have a day off of school, and Jeremy takes the day off from work... it's time to have some fun! I think we did just that today. Super fun family day!

Poetry Showcase

Boston and Hadley were both chosen from their classes to perform in the school's Poetry Showcase!  It was a great Mommy Pay Day!  I was so proud of them!  I'm pretty sure Hadley shocked the entire school with her kindergarten performance!

Out of the mouth of Babes

I was helping Hadley prepare her talk for Primary for church and I asked her "What do you know about Prophets." She then proceeded to tell me "I know that the prophets are real. I know that they can guide us and lead us. I know that if we follow them we will be blessed. I know that Joseph Smith was a real Prophet. I know that President Monson is our living Prophet. We can listen to the Prophet at General Conference, and I know they speak real things."

I was so happy that Daylight savings came!  Finally some sunlight after dinner!!

Guys and Dolls

My Nephew Spencer and Niece Lissy were in their school play "Guys and Dolls"  Spencer had the lead role of Sky!  He did AMAZING!!  Although I wasn't so sure about him kissing girls...

So proud of them and their dedication!!

Field Trip!!!

Thanks to my Mom, I was able to go on a field trip with Boston and his class!

Everything went well, and we had so much fun except a little boy in my group having a little bathroom accident :( 

Boston has such a great class this year!

Tea Party!

A little girl in our ward invited Hadley over for a Tea Party!  She LOVED it!

Muddy Muddy Mess!!

I let the kids go outside for 15 minutes.  I went to call them in for dinner and found Boston riding up the driveway his bike and shoes covered in mud, and telling me that Hadley was stuck in the mud.

I ran down the street to find this poor girl in bare feet (There was still snow on the ground in some places.  It was a cold day!)  Here shoes were stuck in the Mud somewhere and she was trying to get out... I pulled her out and made her run home while I retrieved her bike.

Showers were a must...

15 minutes... really??

Needless to say we had a COLD dinner after all that muddy muddy mess was cleaned up.

Family Temple Names

On February 28th Jeremy and I completed our 6 month challenge to finish all of this temple work for Jeremy's ancestors!

What an amazing 6 months its been doing family names for the 1st time.  I love the temple so much.  It always gives me great perspective, greater strength, peace, and happiness.

FRIDAY FUN!

I LOVE Fridays!  My kids get out of school at 12 and we finally have time to play!  1st stop- Get FREE pizza with their Book-its!  I was hoping to eat at a park, but it was to cold!

Next stop- indoor playground at the mall...

Then we found some fabulous thrift store finds...

Then ended our adventure getting FREE donuts for good grades!  The kids could seriously spend hours here watching the donuts be made!

This adorable little guy is obsessed with his baseball helmet!!  Future ball player for sure!
