Boston's Baseball Birthday Bash

Boston had a super fun birthday bash with some family and friends. We started out the party by doing some baseball drills. Meet the team;

We did some catching, running, throwing, and then had a little baseball game!
Of course there was prizes at the end of the game, and a baseball dinner for all to enjoy!

Boston was spoiled with some really fun presents.

Boston loved his cake. It was definitely my favorite cake I've made so far.

A big thanks to all who came and made Boston's party so fun.

Smore Parties!

Jeremy's sister Jenn lived with us for awhile, and oh how we miss her!! She was kind enough to have a party in our backyard with her friends! They make us feel young again, even though we are younger then most of them!!

We grilled up some Hot Dogs, and then roasted some delicious smores!!

Boston was in heaven having adults to play baseball with him.

A few of the gang, enjoying the fire from a distance... it was a warm night!

After the friends left Boston and Jeremy slept outside in a tent!! Boston LOVED it!!

What an amazing Dad Jeremy is to have such fun times with his kid's!

Boston is 3!

That's right. My little man turns 3 today. I feel so lucky everyday to be his Mom. He is an AMAZING kid and I just love him to pieces! If I had to describe Boston in two words it would be smart and funny. Jeremy would describe him as sweet and silly.

Things I want to remember about Boston at 3
  • He is such a silly kid. He is always making us laugh. He loves making up his own goofy songs.
  • He loves sports. Basketball, Baseball, and Golf seem to be his favorites thus far. He has a really good baseball and golf swing.
  • He loves his little sister. He loves making her laugh, and can't wait for her to wake up in the morning!
  • He gives the best hugs and kisses in the whole world!
  • He loves playing board games and computer games.
  • He knows all his letters, and most of their sounds
  • He can count to 15.
  • He knows tons of sign language, including the whole alphabet
  • He knows the names of the members of the First Presidency, and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
  • He loves to sing. He loves to sing I am a Child of God, God Bless America, Families Can Be Together Forever, Teach Me To Walk In The Light, Jesus Once Was a Little Child, Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam, and his all time favorite Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! (plus many many more)
  • He loves to east Sausage, Peanut Butter and Honey, or PB and J, Mini Corn Dogs, and Fries.
  • He loves to read books. Some of his favorite include If you Give a Mouse a Cookie, and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.
  • He loves to ride his bikes, and his new scooter. He would probably live outside all day if we let him.
  • Loves to watch Cars and Toy Story!
  • He is a very friendly guys. He has lots and lots of great friends. Some of his favorites being Porter, T.J., and of course lots of cousins!!
  • His favorite store is Macey's. (They have car carts, and they give the kids smarties... Walmart just doesn't compare!)
  • Is becoming more and more independent. The latest being he loves to rinse his own dishes.
  • He is a Daddy's Boy. He loves doing anything and everything with Jeremy. He especially loves when daddy sprays him with the hose!
  • He is total boy. He loves cars, motorcycles, trains, monster trucks, planes, and letting "stinky's"
  • He says the sweetest prayers ever.

We are so lucky to have Boston in our lives!! He brings us so much joy!! Happy 3rd Birthday Big Guy!

Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day Weekend was super busy with helping my parents with their remodel, driving to Idaho Falls and back in one day for my brother's 30th birthday, a CRAZY day in Primary, and then a fun day in my hometown for their annual Memorial Day Breakfast.

Jeremy and decided to run the Memorial Day 5K. It was a lot of fun to do it as a family. Jeremy was so kind to go slow enough to stay with me! After the 5K the city does a little program, serves breakfast for only $1.oo a person!!
My Parents have been helping with the breakfast since the very first memorial day celebration some 13 years ago. My Dad is the BEST pancake cooker!

and my Mom really knows what tools to use to mix those eggs!!!

The best part of the whole event is getting to see almost everyone in WX!! Here are my two best friend I grew up with in my ward. Emily and Kaylin.

Another one of my favorite parts is the bagpipes!! Hadley danced and danced to their music!

Boston thought the fire trucks were pretty cool, but a little scary too.

After the fun, we went up to the cemetery to visit my sister's grave. It just seems so wrong that I have to go visit my sister's grave. I should only have to visit grandparents graves. It's so hard to understand why she had to go. I miss her lots. I am grateful for memorial day to be able to honor all those who have gone before us. Some a little to soon.

Blog Overload

Dear Readers,

I am sorry for the Blog Overload. I am SUPER behind in my blogging, and hope to catch up in the next couple of days. Life is BUSY!!

Love,
Camille

Camille and Kids Appreciation Day

Jeremy is the best husband and Dad ever. He declared May 21st as Camille and Kids Appreciation Day. He took the day off work and we spent the whole day together having fun!!
First stop. Liberty Park!! I haven't been there in years, but I have a feeling I will be back soon! It was so much fun! So much to do and see!! Jeremy has been in a photography mood lately, hence we have a million pictures!!

I usually don't take pictures without somebody in the pictures. Jeremy took these scenery pictures and I love them!! In case you are wondering, the amusement park rides still work!

After our fun at the park, we went Swimming!!! It was Hadley's first time and she LOVED IT! We all had a great time in the pool!!!

Thanks Jeremy for a WONDERFUL day!! I think everyone should have one of these days.

Butterfly.

I never thought we would actually catch a butterfly in the butterfly nets we gave as favor's for Hadley's birthday. But to my surprise, we DID! The kids thought it was great!
