My parents were kind enough to let us hangout with them for New Years again! We started with our traditional Chinese dinner from Joy Luck! It was so delicious! Cambridge reading the menu upside down was just to funny! (Speaking of Chinese Jeremy has decided to study abroad, and will be gone to China for a month from the middle of June to the middle of July.)
We came back home and played games all night long!! We LOVE the new game we received from Phillip and Cassie. It's called Qwirkle. It is so fun!! Highly recommended.
I was a mean Mom this year and made my kids celebrate the new year at 9. (Last year we let them stay up until midnight and I swore I would never do that again because they were so cranky the next day!)
Super fun night ringing in the new year!!
The next day we had a super yummy breakfast! Every New Years my parents pull our these little tiny cups that used to be my Dad's parents. They always had orange juice in them on special occasions. Such a fun memory.
We sent Jeremy and Boston off on a date to go Ice Skating! They had SO MUCH FUN! Boston even tried and liked his 1st churro.
While they were gone, we did marble painting and painted Hadley's toes! She wanted to be ready for Valentines!
Jeremy and I also went on a date!! YAY! We went to see Night of the Museum 3! It was a fun show!
We went back and watched some football, ate more delicious food, and then headed home. What a Happy way to spend the New Year!
