The Best Winter Vacation EVER!!

**To see the pictures bigger, simply click on the picture!**

My parents spoiled us with the best winter vacation ever! On Thursday we all drove up to this great cabin in Island Park, Idaho to spend the weekend. The first night there we settled in, ate some yummy soup, and visited with my Aunt Mryna, Uncle Gene, and Cousin's Janae and David!

On the second day, one of my life long dreams came true. I went snowmobiling for the first time!! It was everything I dreamed and more!

Lucky for us, we had Janae and David to be our tour guides! They were amazing! I wouldn't ever want to go snowmobiling without them! They can get a snowmobile unstuck in like 2 seconds, and they packed us water, sandwiches, and treats for our adventure!

Our first stop was at Big Springs. It was gorgeous seeing the reflections in the water, seeing the ducks, and 2 bald eagles!
Jeremy and I at Big Springs

We made a few other stops along our way, this was when we are at one of our highest points, and the snow was amazing! The trees were just covered with snow and icicles.

Seriously we had so much fun. At first I was really nervous and just stayed on the trail, but by they end I was standing up, going up on the banks, and having a royal blast!
After a few hours of the adults riding, we decided to go back to the cabin and take the kids for a ride! Mason, Logan, Peyton and Boston all joined us for the next adventure!!

I thought we were just going to stay on the road and take the kids for an easy ride so I had Boston ride with me. Little did I know we were going on a trail through the tree's, and over some SERIOUS bumps! Well I was doing really good until I hit a bump wrong and sent the snowmobile with Boston and I off into the snow! After that, Boston didn't want to ride with me, and who could blame him! Lucky for me, Logan wasn't afraid and joined me.
The kids all had a blast and a half, and couldn't stop taking about it, "playing" snowmobiling, and asking to go again. By they end of day 2 we had gone some 65 miles on the snowmobiles and we were EXHAUSTED!

We woke up feeling much refreshed, but sore! We spend the 3rd day taking the kids sledding behind the snowmobiles! Oh my goodness they had fun! I joined Boston on the sled and holy cow it was such a riot! Boston just kept saying "Again!"

We all had a lot of fun playing in the snow and just being kids again.

Even Hadley was full of smiles!

Jeremy, Boston, Hadley, and I stop for a picture in the pines! Seriously, Island park is SO BEAUTIFUL!

The whole gang!

After fun in the snow, lunch, and some naps, we had a little Valentine party for the kids. They LOVED it! We played a capture the flying hearts game, bean bag toss game, pin the heart on cupids arrow game, decorated cookies, paper bags, and then had the kids deliver valentines to each other's sacks.
It was such a fabulous vacation! I hope we can do something like it again! A big thanks to my Parents, Aunt Mryna, Uncle Gene, Janae and David for making it possible! It truly was a dream come true!
